One of the more poignant pictures associated with the Kennedy assassination is that of Mrs. Kennedy leaving the hospital holding hands with her brother-in-law Robert Kennedy. The normally perfectly dress Kennedy is covered with the blood of her husband. It makes you wonder why in the several hours that she remained at the hospital nobody was able to find another coat for her to wear out.

I remember reading somewhere that she refused to change her clothes and insisted that the world see what happened to her husband.
