Mongolia vs. Monaco
Mongolia is the most sparsly populated country on Earth with only 4.4 people/square mile. Monaco (pictured above) by comparison has 52,500 people/square mile.

Just for the sake of clarification, Western Sahara is not a country.
It is a disputed territory that historically belongs to Morocco.
After some research I changed the post. Looks like Mongolia is winner.
